3 Day diet: 

Day 1-

Didn’t  even finish breakfast which consisted of 1/2 a grapefruit (No sugar or sweetener) and 1 slice of toast with 1 tbsp of peanut butter and black tea- which is surprisingly ok!

I usually skip breakfast anyway so feel fine at the moment. Lunch seems ok today 120g of tuna and 1 slice of toast.

Cant wait for my apple and vanilla ice cream tonight!

Im supposed to have 1 black tea before every meal today but i’m changing it so i have 1 each day instead hope this will help with the lack of energy.

Next update after dinner see if i feel any different by then. (though i could be on a high from the ice cream.)
